Our Career Development program offers a wide array of services to individuals who are coping with change, facing layoff or just wanting to explore and consider new options.

We have expanded our program over time to meet and serve the needs of the individual candidates who are confused and discouraged by the ever-changing employment needs of today’s marketplace. We give guided private assistance in education and career planning, coping with life/work transitions, including career advancement, skill development, starting businesses, self employment, and entrepreneurial ventures, research and job search strategy. We Help Generate Career Options! Through productive assessments, we help you identify and consider new career options.

Set goals and take action Together we will help you set goals for your career and then take action to pursue those goals. You may decide to seek further education, enhance your skills, make changes in your current job, or seek a new job. We can help you with preparing for any of these steps. Preparing for job search, planning for networking, writing your résumé, and practicing and preparing for interviews and developing your digital footprint are all actions that we advise you on and guide you through to effectively help you reach the next level in your career.

Initial Intake / Career Focus = $100
One hour session to examine your career background, issues and expectations. This service is available by telephone.

Full Resume Review or Cover Letter Review = $100
One-half hour telephone session to review your content and formatting for effectiveness and to give you concrete suggestions for improvement.

Coaching / Job Search Action Plan = $150
One-hour session to assess your current job search strategies, and to devise a coherent, effective Job Search Action Plan.

Online Identity Management = $150
Determine your online ID. Examine how to ramp up your online visibility through social networking and brand building.


Career Focus Package = $500
This package includes 4 one hour sessions to determine the best focus prepare market ready materials and craft an action marketing plan and strategy.
